I haven’t cried
It has been a year
Haven’t let
One single tear
Caress my cheek
Or my drip down my nose
Thought it showed I’m weak
But now I know
Today I thought of you
And your smile
I thought
how you have been gone for a while
And how much
I truly miss you
I wish that I
Could still kiss you
I didn’t cry
Im not sure why
Even when your coffin passed me by
But today
Just one tear
Fell down my face
Salty and clear
And that tear gave me the proof
That I can restart
Grandpa
I miss you
Youll always be in my heart
