How to change the world
“You cannot change the world.” Says someone.
However I assure you that it can be done.
The world has shattered into many pieces.
Everywhere you look it’s like clothes with creases.
People everywhere, heartbroken and sorrowful.
For one big glue stick couldn’t change people’s mood to joyful.
No one can fix the entirety of the crumbled world.
However, someone can bring the small pieces together.
People themselves are broken, beat down.
Evil acts like hammers beat them to the ground.
If only one brave person was to unnail them from the soil.
It will surely help the world’s evil unfoil.
People putting their fellow friend’s hearts before their own.
Yes oh yes, that might just change the world's tone.
Slowly yet surely, like a falling feather.
Piece by piece the puzzle of the world's problems will be put back together.
If everyone joins in, just a little.
To spread love and kindness from the top, bottom, and middle.
The forbidden evil in their hearts will be scarce and tiny.
For our hearts for helping will be luminous and shiny.
So to everyone out there trying to change the world in one day,
Let me tell you it's an impossible price to pay.
For everyone who believes these words,
Spread kindness around like you are feeding bread to the birds.
Many crumbs in one spot at a time.
Will surely bring happiness and stop evil crime.
To everyone reading this now.
Go change the world, now that you know how.
