With All Due Respect MAG
With all due respect, a phrase any and every man has heard,
Is yet to be understood, and is incredibly absurd.
Some say disrespect comes from deep within,
So such a phrase does not sugarcoat a sin.
With all due respect, a faint abuse
It is a child posing obtuse.
Phrases, such phrases that cause gray hair,
One may think it is not fair.
With all due respect, it is the phrase that allows one to voice disdain,
It burns and poisons one’s character like wolfsbane.
With all due respect, a subtle and hateful expression,
Makes us all wonder if any phrase is a sudden aggression.

I made this poem during a creative writing unit, and I felt like sharing my work. This poem is about how people offend and disrespect you after saying the phrase "With all due respect". It is to show that the phrase sugarcoats vitriolic comments.
