Imagination
Strolling through the windblown green
The dancing lights flicker, it’s a beautiful scene.
Falling back it’s twice, no thrice as soft as my bed.
The cold air rushes past it deprives me of dread.
The moon stares at me lying there
I stare back enraptured by his glare.
It’s paradise and I’ll stay here a bit
The world owes me this I’ll admit.
Opening my eyes I see my ramshackle ceiling
What was that place? It was very appealing.
I guess life can’t contain that much perfection.
I wish I could live in my imagination.
