Missing
How can I miss those I haven't known?
Those missing, killed or captive
A family awaits
To leave the poisonous state of maybe
Maybe they will live
Their empty chair squeaks
Or maybe they have gone
Their empty bed ponders
Yet our hearts still leap with hope unwillingly
For in a house weighed down with stones of grief
Hope starts to float
Whispering out to you
Will you come home soon?
