Stargirl
Her eyes were like black holes,
where things just got lost,
for the dark remnants of her life,
became long forgotton thoughts.
The words stained her lips,
leaving the bitter taste
of each lie that she lead,
leaving her to waste.
She watched the world pass by,
across the windows in cars,
the night, a hungry black,
starving for the company of stars,
but the sky had no choice
in the matter so it hung its head,
not much can be said for a girl whose lived her whole life dead.
