If i was a poem
If I was a poem
I would spin in circles with confusion
I would not know how tell her
I would be like a baby trying to say
The truth but I’m being forced to keep silence
If I was a poem
I would pace back and forward with frustration
Trying to revel the correct words
to my secrets
Words that will tell you
Clearly to make you understand
Knowing that those words
Weren’t just written and thrown away
Like the perfect broken toy
If I was a poem
I wouldn’t ruin our friendship by
Using the perfect words
