Through cracked mirrors
There is a heart of stone
Turn away
Alas, now it is gone

Darkness lurks within
these soggy eyes
Dim the lights
my shadow will arise

My purple veins do slither
and do creep
But then the shadow
goes and falls asleep

A mirror may make
all darkness unhinge
Mind breathes wonder
but the face does cringe
