Dancing on the walls, windows & down the halls
Silent footsteps cling…they swing like cats, they watch your back
Slinking behind your shoulders & feet.
Grey figures trace your every move, not one gesture out of place.
The sunlight makes them come to life, and the night moves them to their graves.
During the bright hours of the day, they never leave or stray
Like Jack & Sally they’ll always be
Silhouettes upon the walls…won’t you follow me?
