Parked Like A Car
I won’t say you’re wrong for thinking what you do,
But when you run your mouth like a parked car, you go nowhere.
Everyone is entitled to an opinion;
Still just because you think, does not mean you’re always “right”.
I would ask if you got that filter between your brain and mouth installed,
But I know you’d never grace the world with that treasure.
I’m so fed up with your talks of nothing,
You open up wide with no knowledge of what you tongue is saying.
“Think before you speak”…”Open your mind before your mouth”
Apparently these sayings are only true cause they don’t apply to you.
You say you don’t like to be judged; you say you’ve thought it through,
If only you could see the evidence of the hypocrite in you.
We all contradict ourselves on occasion, but your mishaps are daily…
You say you’ve heard and seen it all, but you never learned from the “experience”.
I could go on for hours about my loth for your words,
Still it won’t matter, the gearshift is stuck on park and you won’t listen to me.
