This small, confined, little, barely beating red thing
This is mine
It's a bit broken
It's a more than a little scarred
But it's mine
And now it'll be partly yours
I want to share with you a secret
This is my core
Combined in it is you
And all I want you to really know is
It is my innermost being
And it beats only for one thing
To be with you
Please keep it safe while you have it
It's not like I can get a new one
