Night

It is a blanket that covers the Earth.
Half the world has it at a time.
It is peaceful.
It is relaxing.
It is night.
We sleep at night.
The Earth falls silent at night.
People die at night.
People survive at night.
Some get scared.
Some love night.
But in the long run, we all still make it to the next day.
