Oolong Tea
I am a dark blue,
leaking into a cup of oolong tea.
Hiding from the crowd with my dark leaves and evil stems
Between the road and the sky
I am but a sparkling night that does not end
And finally,
I am brushed onto an old oak rocking chair,
with each squeak I wince,
waiting for the end
but soon the light fills me up and I can breathe,
no more darkness that lies in between my eyes,
but a light that shoots me through the brain
and causes me to lay down with a smile forever.
