Feeling Love
I can feel them both
Slowly die
Inside
A spark of hope
That will not light
She is in love
With him
But he loves
Another
Another who lives far from them
Now and forever more
Long-distance
Lovers
He lives by a policy
Never date
A friend
But because of that
Her heart is breaking
The concept
He can’t comprehend
He can’t stand
To see her down
And tries to make her smile
But
She won’t come around
Her shattered heart
In a pile
I listen to him
Cry out
To the other
His wish to see her again
His long-distance
Lover
She is like
The air he breathes
Without her
He is dead.
In their minds
They’re slowly dying
Pain
Has left them bled
