Bite My tongue
Bite my tongue
If you hear anything, I say you didn’t hear it from me.
I whisper secretly,
I rush out the words discretely,
Nod your head, and spread it around,
That’s how it always goes down.
Day after day,
the consequences, come and come,
because I didn’t bite my tongue
I’ll go in the corner and think about what I’ve done,
I didn’t bite my tongue.
Sometimes,
I need to stay quiet, quiet, quiet,
I don’t want it all coming undone,
sometimes when I open my mouth,
it’ll be just to bite my tongue.
don’t retell the secrets I’ve been told,
that’s what I tell myself,
but sometimes the words I just cant hold.
I cause our brake-up brake up break up
and all I wanna do is make up make make up,
cuz I missed you,
I need to stop telling everyone the mixed up truth.
Next time I open my mouth about you,
I’ll just need to bite my tongue
Holding back the secret’s you’ve told,
refraining from being bold,
not calling you a name,
just to gain a little fame
Sometimes the smartest things to say is to tell my self not to say anything.
Those sticks or stones I’ve never thrown, but the words are the hardest part.
Sometimes you make me so ticked, all I wanna do is talk about you.
But no matter how hard I try,
in the end,
It just cant be fixed.
I need to learn to bite my tongue,
whenever, I want the secrets of you to come undone.
Sometimes,
I need to stay quiet, quiet, quiet,
I don’t want it all coming undone,
sometimes when I open my mouth,
it’ll be just to bite my tongue.
don’t retell the secrets I’ve been told,
that’s what I tell myself,
but sometimes the words I just cant hold.
I cause our brake-up brake up break up
and all I wanna do is make up make make up,
cuz I missed you,
I need to stop telling everyone the mixed up truth.
Next time I open my mouth about you,
I’ll just need to bite my tongue
I'm the only friend that made you cry,
Your heart attack in bleach and dye.
So to save ourselves, I'll hold it back tonight.
I’m the broken glass in your life,
Will you forget the slip if it takes all night?
So to save ourselves, I'll hold it back tonight!
Stay away from me our you’ll get caught like a fly,
in my web of lies. Secretes you despise, lies, lies, lies.
