Today
What difference can it make
Than the chances I can take
Today
I feel something, power
Hovering me like a shower
Today
I can feel it
Up in the air
Deep into my breath
I see in the stone
I find a black comb
Chasing me away
Yet I find a little girl
Staring down at a hole
Finding glee today
Anything’s paw, ah sib bowl
Anything you-ooh can control
Nothing’s going to get in my way
No not today
Or tomorrow, nope
No way
I see the stars
In the moonlight
I see the sun
In the daylight
I can’t figure what that means
But I feel the power
And that’s what I need
Today
