The couple
They fell in love, they met in the morning, with the setting sun. It was love at first sight, at that moment they knew it was right.
They never fought, they never had a fight, they were a perfect sight. In July he proposed, he said "He had never felt the same about anyone, when she said yes, they had never been more happy, they were like two love birds in a nest.
There wedding day was as great as could be, love was in the air, oh you should have seen. I hope I'll know true love like they did, there happiness they didn't hid.
In the marriage the love did last, but the wife's happiness faded fast. He found her crying one day, why? She wouldn't say. He knew something wasn't right, she was such a sad sight.
She was going down hill, but he stood by her still. He knew what was going to happen, but he didn't want to believe, but it was imminent it now seems
Then that sad sad day finally came, it was such a shame. He left on work over the weekend. He called everyday but an answer she didn't send,
He found her when he got home. She was dead, a knife in one had the other a cellphone. He looked at the number she had called, his heart fell, it was his she had called.
He took a shaking hand and looked at his phones screen, the words message were blinking. He listened to the voice mail and felt a tear roll down his cheek, and this is what he heard. "Honey I'm sorry, i just couldn't go one promise that you won't do the same, remember i love you." The man cried and muttered "I promise your." and to this day he's kept the promise too.
