What Do You Want From Me?
You’ve got the weight of the world,
Resting in my shoulders
You’ve got me going insane,
Trying to dodge these boulders
But you never take the time,
You never accept my mistakes,
You don’t even stop to ask if I’m okay,
So tell me, tell me now
What you think,
What you see,
What exactly do you want from me?
I’m no hero in disguise,
I can’t take back all those lies
You’ll have to live with this good-bye
Because I’m so tired of this life
All you’ve ever done is break me
All you’ve ever done is shake me
I’ve always tried to give my best
But clearly I can’t be like the rest
I’m giving in, I’m giving up
Tell me what is was
What exactly do you want from me?

This was based on the everyday stresses of life and always feeling as if everyone expects so much from you. But they never understand that sometimes it's too much.
