Screamin’ and a-shoutin’ before my God
O’erflowing with joy that the work’s finished
Have faith! My God’s coming any minute!
Undeserving of’th salvation He brought
Forever I sing ’fore my triune God
My love for Him wholly undiminished
Look to Heaven and find hope within it
Comfort in His staff, and peace in his rod
Calling out to the dearly departed
Joyf’ly they wait in the birthplace of light
Send a prayer down to the broken-hearted
Do they even know it all turns out alright?
Somehow I’ll love Him more when I’ve parted
When return home to the other side
