"Eragon" by Christopher Paolini

Written by young author, Christopher Paolini, "Eragon" is a fantasy novel about a fifteen-year-old farmboy,named Eragon, who discovers a blue stone in a forest called the Spine, which was near his home town, Carvahall.
Eragon soon finds out that the stone is really an egg, when a baby dragon hatches out of it. The dragon was named Saphira, and she chose Eragon to be her Rider.
That was when Eragon realizes that he is about to continue the feats of the legendary Dragon Riders, and kill the evil king, Galbatorix.
This book tells us about Eragon's adventures with Saphira, while practising his skills to defeat Galbatorix, and gathering many allies along the way.

OMG!!! I LOVE eragon series!! I watched the movie and i loved it!! i wished they made the second! It was really big before harry potter came out!!! I cant wait for the next book!!!! great job!!!!

I love this book but there are a few things I will complain about - I thought that Eragon named Saphira and Saphira accepted the name, and "That was when Eragon realizes" changes the verb tense so I'd suggest sticking with past tense since the previous paragraph is in past tense, "That was when Eragon realized" and also practicing does not have an s in it. other than that, good job :)
"Eragon" is the prequel to the next two book, "Eldest" and "Brisingr", and Christopher Paolini is currently working on the fourth book.
