The Visitation is a perfect example of Frank Peretti's amazing talent. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading it. It takes so many twists and turns that you have to pay close attention. Peretti changes from past to present and has transitions in the perfect places. I admire how he introduces each character and explains them thoroughly both physically and mentally. The meaning of The Visitation is important to Christians because it deals with spiritual warfare. Suspense is a large aspect of the book and Peretti made it very difficult to put the book down. I recommend this book to any young adult who enjoys a thrilling, suspenseful story.
