i guess i just have to go through it.
i guess i just have to go through it.
Entangled in
Bed sheets
Thoughts
Unspoken words
Words, that in some universe exist
Woven and threaded in a quilt.
But in mine, only half-done stitches
A tired seamstress
Rags.
It’ll be over before i can even understand what is happening.
Losing myself in so many numbers
Measured to fit a corset too tight
But i want the air in my lungs to leave.
Sweet symphonies of suicide float on the scales
Penetrative
Pornographic
Pretty
Porcelain
Pictures
Fill my mind.
Innocence lost willingly
i think?
The ending so far away, so close
Times will change,
Are changing
Words lost in the tumult of teenagehood.

This poem was born in a blur of a moment; feeling all my feelings all at once. When this poem spawned, it created something beautiful out of a time that was far from that. It's a peek into my inner world, and the certainty that all the "teenage tumult" will come to an end. But for now, i guess i just have to go through it.
