Creating walls

Destroying relationships

Actions like lightning

Destroying

The perfect life that was planned

Forcing days into a slump

Without light

Until a voice appears

Making a rainbow

Reaching up to calm the angry sky 

With its beautiful display of color

Red

Orange

Yellow

Green 

Blue and Indigo

Violet

Stopping the storm

Making the bad good

On the worst days

When it feels like the world is caving in

Thinking the thunder will overtake our heads

And that lightning will always follow us

A rainbow

Will always appear

Erasing the dread

Creating a beautiful painting

Of what lives can be like

If everyone would overcome

The storms in their heads

And work towards the rainbow overhead

When people work together

To help others overcome their storms

And work up to their rainbows

What someone is going through

And helping someone out is the best way
