My name is shy
A voice in the crowd that isn’t herd
The one that stands out the least
That’s what I think my name is
Everybody else gives me different names
To my brother my name is intelligent
He thinks I know everything
What he doesn’t know is that isn’t true
My parents agree with what my brother calls me
They tell everyone how good I am
I should live up to the name they gave me
My friends call me stressed out
A concern they have
There is always things piling up as each day goes by
What good does that do for me?
Nothing…
My aunts and uncles call me serious
Different from the rest of my cousins
They just see me and think something is wrong with me
To me it’s just another name
There are probably a lot more names
They are just labels to me
